We charge a simple, transparent weekly rate that covers everything — including recruiting, payroll, HR management, compliance, and benefits. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts.

Are there any setup or termination fees?

No. There are no setup costs or termination fees. If you decide to discontinue, you simply stop after the current billing period — no extra charges apply.

What is included in the weekly rate — do we pay anything beyond that?

Your weekly rate covers the specialist’s full-time compensation, benefits, performance management, and reporting. You never handle payroll, compliance, or administrative costs separately.
